Lisa Schrumpf brings 18 years of experience building and leading sales teams. Prior to DataStax, Lisa led operations for SAP America, West Region, where she was responsible for the organization’s go-to-market strategy, sales execution, and operational excellence across all lines of business. Before SAP, Lisa held several leadership positions at IBM. She began her career as an investment banker with Bank of America.

Lisa holds an MBA degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a BA in Economics from Duke University. From 2017-2020, she served on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area.
