Being a Digital Champion for me is great recognition for myself and for the team in the work that we have done to date. But also, personally, as a leader, it instills in me the need to foster an environment of experimentation and innovation so that we can find new and novel ways to extract information from all the data that we can gather from our solutions.
Our challenge, and my challenge here at ACI, is to provide a platform that captures data and allows our customers to extract the required and necessary information from our solution so that they can make real-time decisions on whether or not to accept payment transactions on orders or to try and reject them as fraudulent. ingesting data at the scale, storage of that data, cleaning of that day's manipulation of that data, and ultimately, to extract value and extract insights from that data. That's what drives me.
The reason we chose Cassandra is we needed a high-performance data store for our machine learning features store and for our real-time order processing features store. Cassandra provides very high throughputs with very low latencies and is almost the de facto standard in this area. The results we can attribute to our use of data here at ACI are our best-in-class KPIs for our Fraud Management Solutions. We have extremely low challenge rates on our fraud. We have low false positives and no false negatives, and we can react extremely quickly to new fraud in the marketplace.
DataStax has helped us initially by helping with advice and subject matter expertise and setting up our production environments for extremely high performance, high throughput low latency. But we've also partnered with data stacks in proofs of concept on our cloud journey on our future stack and on our more strategic vision for using data within our solutions.
